• Send e-mail or a fax (510-524-8711) to us with your written request, credit card info (card #, expir. date, name on card--Visa, MC, Amex only), and shipping name and address.
• If you normally use a Post Office box, please also provide a street address.
  
• Phone us toll-free at 1-800-947-7271 during Pacific Coast business hours (9-5). Please have your credit card number available when you call.
  
• Send us a check in $US drawn on a $US bank. Please add shipping and handling charges (see below for rates) and applicable California sales tax.
  
• For your convenience when faxing or snail mailing, you can view a Stone Bridge Press order form and download it as a PDF file (requires free Adobe Acrobat Reader).
  
• NOTE: If you are a book trade retailer or wholesaler, see our list of domestic and foreign distributors.
• If you are an individual living overseas -- particularly in England, Japan, or Australia/NZ -- you may be able to obtain books from your local bookseller through one of our international distributors. If you wish to order directly from us for shipment overseas, please contact us for overseas shipping and handling charges first! All overseas orders must be prepaid.

Libraries, corporations, schools, and other nonbookstore accounts

• Terms are net 30, FOB Berkeley or publisher's warehouse.
• Special quantity and academic discounts are available to qualified customers.

Requesting examination copies
All requests for teacher's examination copies must be made on official school letterhead. There is a handling charge of $5.00 for each book priced under $20, and $10 for each book priced over $20. The handling charge must be paid at the time of the request. We cannot invoice you or your school for examination copies. A single desk copy is available if your school places a verified order for 10 or more copies of a book. Fax all requests to 510-524-8711.

About foreign orders and orders from Japan

• Payment must be received in advance in the form of a postal money order, a $U.S. check drawn on a U.S. bank, or a credit card. Payment should include shipping charges; contact us for rates, or use your credit card. We add $3.00 handling to actual shipping charges for overseas orders.

If you are a book trade wholesaler or retailer

Orders usually ship within 24--48 hours.

We check e-mail daily and will confirm all e-mail orders back to you.

Credit card orders will be sent with a receipt.
